Management Team

Clint Carter- Technology

The President and CEO, Mr. Carter has over twelve years of experience in the design and management of software systems, including over seven years on large-scale enterprises. He has overseen major software initiatives for the University of North Texas and the United States Air Force. In 1993, Clint formed Carter & Associates to specialize in software consulting for insurance tracking systems. Three years later, he created The Software Construction Company, Inc. which expanded the charter to software development for customized business applications.
